Group topics together

Sometimes it can be useful to treat multiple topics as one. For example, a unit and an apartment may be the same thing for an apartment leasing company. Your organization may also use abbreviations (e.g. csr for customer service representative) in call center transcripts or other documents.

When multiple topics should be treated as synonyms, you can combine them with a group.

By creating a group

  1. In the project interface, click Group topics
  2. Click Add words.
  3. Type the name of a topic in the search field.
  4. Sort topics by frequency or alphabetical order (optional).
  5. Drag and drop a topic in an empty space or in an existing group.
